Hours:
Shifts will be 2-3 hours in length. There is a morning, mid-day, and evening shift.
Pay: $18.83/hour
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist with transfers: Pivot transfer or sit-to-stand mechanical lift.
- Assist with meal prep.
- Light housekeeping.
- Running errands as requested.
A few must haves:
- Ability to pass a Wisconsin Caregiver background check (ensuring safety for everyone!).
- Dependability is absolutely key!
- A good sense of humor is a must – even if it’s a little cheeky!
Community Horizons is here to support individuals in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) all around Wisconsin. With self-direction, participants get to choose who provides their services and how they receive them! Just a heads-up: Community Horizons isn’t the employer on paper; members make the hiring calls with help from a third-party fiscal agent handling payroll.
