Community Horizons is passionately supporting the search for a private caregiver to join a loving in-home care team. In this fulfilling role, you will provide vital support and hands-on assistance with personal care and housekeeping tasks. Your efforts will play a crucial role in helping this community member maintain their cherished independence at home.
This position is part of the self-direction program, which means you'll work directly for the individuals who need your support. This arrangement not only offers greater flexibility and control over your schedule but also fosters a more personal and meaningful working relationship, as the member will hire you directly, bypassing the agency.
Schedule:
Position 1: Monday – Friday 6 am – 8 am
Position 2: Saturday and Sunday 6 am - 8 am, 4 pm - 6 pm, 8 pm - 9 pm
Pay:
$16.32/Hour
Tasks:
-Offer gentle assistance with dressing
-Provide comforting support during bathing
-Encourage and uplift personal hygiene routines
-Deliver heartfelt help with general housekeeping
