Community Horizons is honored to be assisting a local community member with recruiting a dedicated caregiver to assist with evening care. In this role you will be hired directly by the member under a self-direction program but don't worry we will guide you every step of the way.
Schedule: Flexible hours either 4:30pm-6:30pm OR 6pm-8pm (2 hour shift)
Pay: $16.32/hour
Tasks you can expect:
- Showering/Bathing
- Meal prep
- Nail Care
- Medications
- Transfers to and from wheelchair
- Being a companion and offering great conversation
- Additional tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Caregiving experience preferred
- Someone who is kind
- Ability to adapt and listen to needs

Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them.
