What are the responsibilities and job description for the In Home Caregiver position at Community Horizons?
This position is located in the New London area, providing support to an Individual living in their own home. This is a cat-loving home, preferences will be given to candidates who share a love for animals.
Schedule:
Tuesdays and Fridays 11am-3pm
Pay:
$16.32/hour
0.35/ mile for mileage - Mileage paid when providing transportation.
Tasks:
- Transportation (Laundry mat, Appointments, Pharmacy pickup, Grocery shopping)
- Light housekeeping
- Meal prep.

Valid driver's licenses
Due to sensitivities, it is important that caregivers not wear colognes, perfumes, or other fragrances in the home.
Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them. Community Horizons is not the employer on record, members make all hiring decisions with the involvement of a third-party fiscal agent responsible for payroll.
