What are the responsibilities and job description for the Searching for an On Call Friendly Caregiver position at Community Horizons?
The time slots for this individual are 7 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm and 11 pm to 7 am. Weekend availability is preferred.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
· personal care such as bathing,
· dressing
· personal hygiene
· feeding
· pivot transfers
· trach care
· self-cath
· colostomy care
· ROM
· Cooking
· Light housework
Experience is preferred but will train the ideal candidate.
Activities include watching TV, range of motion and companionship.
**This position is an on-call as-needed position.**
