What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Analyst TX position at Community Hospital Corporation?
Community Hospital Corporation (CHC), a DFW Top 100 Employer, is looking for a Financial Analyst based out of our office in Plano, TX. The Analyst will support both the Vice President of Hospital Productivity and Accounting and the Director of Financial Analysis.This position provides analytical support to the Hospital Accounting and Productivity functions through data and financial analysis.

Major Responsibilities
- Monthly reconciliation of CHC prepared financial reports vs hospital prepared financial statements
- Upload hospital financial data into IBM Cognos Analytics tool on a monthly basis
- Completion of annual government survey for owned hospitals
- Maintenance of master tables in CHC productivity software on a biweekly basis
- Analysis of hospital department labor productivity on an ad hoc basis
- Assistance with analysis of financial and productivity data received from hospitals as part of operational assessments
- Periodic support of CHC's SVP of Strategic Analysis with hospital service line profitability analyses. Support would include preparing data requests, building hospital service line financial models, and preparing narrative reports to share analysis findings with the hospital / client.
- Periodic support for CHC client hospitals with financial analytical needs.
