What You'll Do:
- Formulate and recommend HR policies and objectives for STACHs.
- Provide HR leadership and consultative services to owned, leased, managed, and strategic advisory hospitals.
- Oversee employee relations, leave management, HR/payroll functions, policy development, and compensation/benefits issues.
- Support HR due diligence, start-up, and expansion initiatives.
- Develop and implement management training programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Manage performance evaluation processes for hospital executives.
- Manage hospital Board compensation committee processes.
- Drive employee retention and recognition programs.
What You'll Bring:
- BS/BA in HR or related field.
- 8-10 years of progressive HR management experience, with acute care hospital experience
- Strong generalist background with expertise in employment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training.
- Proficiency with UKG (preferred).
- PHR or SPHR certification (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel 40-60%.
