What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN, Med Surge Nights position at Community Hospital - Fairfax, MO?
Provides total nursing care to assigned patients guided by care plan, physician orders, policies and procedures and the registered nurse. Documents an accurate record of patients course of treatment.
Qualifications include:
· Graduate of accredited school of practical nursing.
· Currently licensed in the State of Missouri.
· BLS certification required. If certifications are not current upon hire, must be completed within six months.
· IV Therapy Certification

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
