Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. This position also will be performing ground maintenance as well.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, machinery, and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, utilizing tools such as Ohmmeters and logic controllers.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Utilize Computerized Systems for tracking work orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance-related inquiries from staff or clients effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Maintain grounds ensuring that the entrances are kept clean and safe.
- Perform care of grounds including removal of snow, mowing, raking leaves and etc.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance roles with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Experience in residential painting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
