Community Hospital of Anaconda is seeking a full-time Human Resources/Payroll Generalist. Bachelor’s in human resources or related field preferred. 2 years Human Resources experience required with demonstrated progressive responsibility. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail. Must be able to problem solve, make autonomous decisions and adhere to strict confidentiality. Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite and misc. design and marketing software (i.e., Canva, WordPress, Google Workspace, etc.). Responsible for assisting with payroll processing and employee payroll file maintenance. Collective bargaining negotiation experience preferred. Must have excellent absence and leave record.
