Job Description:
- Position: Chaplain
- Location: Main Hospital
- Schedule: Friday - Sunday
Responsibilities:
1. Provides pastoral counseling to patients and family members.
2. Contacts congregations, synagogues, stakes and other faith communities at the patients’ requests.
3. Provides spiritual guidance as appropriate, to individuals or groups.
4. Notes spiritual counseling encounters in Chaplain Log.
5. Assists staff and families in the event of a patient death.
Compensation:
- $29.00 - $33.35 per hour, depending on education and experience.
- Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increase, market adjustments, recognition bonuses, and other forms of discretionary compensation may be available.
