Position Summary:
Provide courier services to all HPI and Hospital Locations
Essential Functions:

Functional Accountabilities:
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items in a safe, timely manner according to assigned route and schedule.
- Communicates with dispatchers and other team members to make pickups and deliveries.
- Prioritizes and plans work according to assigned delivery times and routes.
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
- Abides by all transportation laws and maintains a safe driving record.
- Prepares reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
- Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Always works as a team member within the entire facility.

- Reports to: System Director of Facility Services
- Supervises: None
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Must have a valid license to drive.
- Must have a safe driving record
Required Physical Demands:
- Strength (Lift, Carry, Push, Pull): Medium (Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects)
- Standing/Walking: Occasionally; activity exists up to 1/3 of the time
- Keyboard/Dexterity: Constant activity exists up to 2/3 of the time
