About the Role
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Medical-Surg/acute care setting, with a strong focus on critical thinking and problem-solving. As a Charge RN, you will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring seamless patient care.
A Missouri RN or compact state license is required, along with active AHA BLS certification. Previous experience in a Charge RN role is preferred but not essential.
