What are the responsibilities and job description for the Primary Care Nurse Practitioner position at Community Hospital?
With the continued sustained growth of Primary Care practices throughout the area, as well as the increased demand for support within those practices, Community Hospital in Grand Junction Colorado is looking to add additional Primary Care Nurse Practitioners to it's Medical Provider Team to help support this practice's growing demand.
This Position Includes:
- The Nurse Practitioner would join a group of soon to be 30 Medical Providers spread over 7 separate locations throughout the Grand Valley.
- Previous Primary Care experience preferred but not required. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Benefits & Compensation:
This positions base salary hiring range is $114,000 to $120,000 annually depending on education and experience. This does not include additional productivity compensation this position is eligible for.
Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increases, market adjustments, recognition bonuses and other forms of discretionary compensation may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
