Patient Ratios : 1 : 2 Flexibility : Be prepared to float based on census and acuity Some IMCU may float to ER Hold 5 Days of RTO max allowable per contracts / no holidays No more than 2 call offs per 13 week contract / can result in termination Indiana License or compact multistate license in hand at time of submission.
