We currently have over 1,000 tenants and employ 51 staff.

What We Are Looking For
First Choice Housing Association is looking for an Assistant Technical Services Manager to assist the Technical Services Manager in providing an effective, economic, efficient and comprehensive property maintenance service to tenants of the Association.
The right person will be a knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual to join our team, with strong values that match those of the organisation. Candidates with a degree or HNC/HND in a building-related discipline are welcome to apply. We are a developing organisation with excellent benefits. We know the importance of our people and their wellbeing and our flexible approach to work life balance is an essential part of our approach to caring for our staff.

Location: South Wales
Salary: £40,137 – £46,211 (SP35-SP40)
Hours: 35 per week
