As an Inventory Clerk you will provide direct support to the Property Management operations of CHN by maintaining an organized inventory system and ensuring timely access to parts and materials required by the maintenance staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Inventory Management- maintain stock levels; pull requested parts/materials; reconcile and restock maintenance truck inventory; conduct routine audits; assist with ordering process via vendors; analyze inventory trends for stock needs and purchase decisions; perform reconciliation tasks; cut keys/maintain key board; maintain and coordinate uniform needs for maintenance staff.
- Administrative Support- perform quality checks on work orders for compliance; update Yardi w/ required documentation; manage and distribute filter letters/other correspondence; assist w/ maintenance line customer service and extermination coordination.
Qualifications & Job Specifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of inventory management or related experience is preferred.
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products and ability to learn and adapt to changing technology utilized in role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiar with standard office equipment such as computers, multi-line phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.
- Valid Ohio Driver's license and auto insurance.
