Position Overview
Account Executives utilize a data driven approach to identify, develop, and grow effective referral relationships to meet established goals and budgets for each assigned territory. Foster and maintain effective client relationships in assigned territories by conducting monthly site visits or webinars to discuss program performance and develop strategies by working with assigned executive level leadership to promote program adoption and integration. The Account Executive serves as a point of contact for physician and referral needs, identifies new therapies and potential revenue opportunities within each respective market, and fosters and maintains high client satisfaction to promote retention. The Account Executive's primary responsibility is to drive new patient referrals and revenue to meet established performance budgets on a monthly and annual basis.
Primary Role and Responsibilities

- Serve as liaison between assigned territories executive leadership company leadership
- Present and update marketing plan to internal and facility leadership on a weekly basis
- Identify new referral sources and therapies for an outpatient infusion center site of care
- Reporting electronically in company provided software
- Maintain monthly budget and expenses
- Establishing relationships with contacts in each market to include nursing homes, physician offices, inpatient discharge planners and social workers, home health agencies, etc
- Completing timely follow up of accounts and referral sources
- Strategize with business development managers to establish plans, goals, and enhance services provided
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in sales, marketing, communications, or related field
- 3-5 years in sales, marketing to physician offices and referral sources, or related industry preferred
- Prior knowledge of specialty biologics and physician referrals, preferred
- Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time
- Exceptional oral and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Highly data driven and analytical
- Ability to work autonomously
- Must have valid driver license
