The people we support have faced a lot of challenges in the past because of their mental health concerns, learning disabilities and mobility issues, but this hasn’t stopped them from enjoying life! They’re always up for trying new things, so we’re looking for inventive people to join our amazing team of Healthcare Professionals.

Our promise has always been clear: we will do everything in our power to improve pay for colleagues. And so, if you start with us between now and 31 March 2025 your pay with be £12.50 and then from the 1st April 2025 , this will increase to £13.01

Perhaps you have previous experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker, or you’ve worked alongside individuals in the NHS or Prison Service with addictions, or who have different Mental Health or Complex Care requirements. We would also welcome applications from resilient individuals with transferrable skills from other sectors as we will provide all the training you need to be successful in your role.
- Pay rates: £12.50 per hour, rising to £13.01 per hour from 1st April 2025
