Supporting – 5 individuals in 1 large Bungalow.Age Range 43-80
All 2-1
support 5 individuals live their best lives possible, All of which share the same home, which is a large bungalow located in Washington, which has lots of public transport links. Within this role you are required to support two ladies and three gents with ages raging from 43 to 80 years old!! All of which love getting involved in the below activities. Local walks Shopping Cinema Listening to music Spending time in there sensory home They all have there own likes and dislikes and will require you to respect this and support them to live our best lives possible. Our staff team are great, and support the people we support to : Maintain there homes Complete personal care Support with eating Move & positioning Enjoy an active social life Planning days our order to support to have the Best Life Possible our team have specialist training in Moving & Positioning, Administration of Medication, Epilepsy, Dysphagia, End of Life, Autism and Learning Disabilities.
Visual Impairment, Epilepsy, Parkinson’s, Dysphagia, PEG / Catheter, Palliative / EOL, Autism, LD.
