COMMUNITY INTEGRATED SERVICES (CIS)
We are seeking highly qualified Full-Time Direct Support Professionals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift, weekend availability is a plus!
CIS is looking for strong and compassionate individuals who are interested in making a difference in the lives of our adult clients that have specific behavioral and medical needs. Whether supporting their health and employment goals or assisting them on their path to the highest level of independence possible; you will play an important role in their day to day lives. Direct support is a unique position that can allow some to have the structured predictable work they prefer while offering others the chance to have a constant stream of new and exciting activities and opportunities. The DSP will have a case breakdown of 1 to 1, at minimum, to help with the overall tasked assigned. Your unique knowledge, experience, hobbies and strengths can allow us to match you with a client that will most benefit from what you can offer.

- Assist individual to achieve his specific goals.
- Accompany and assist with errands.
- Help and encourage individuals to make friends, build relationships and be a part of their community.
- Administer medications.
- Assist with personal care.
- Advocate for their needs and wants and encourage them to advocate for themselves.
- Assist individuals find and/or maintain paid or volunteer employment.
- Be a role model and a mentor!
You will receive paid training for:
- All required state documentation.
- Medical Administration
- MANDT / CPI
Experience with IDD and TBI/ABI related behaviors is preferred; specific training will be given upon case assignment.
Some things we require:
- Prefer one (1) year of previous experience in a human service, hospital, rehabilitation, or educational setting preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, working automobile, and minimum of $100,000/$300,000/$100,000 Liability Insurance on Automobile
- Working cell phone and email account/access.
- Pass NH background and DMV checks as well as BEAS and TB testing.
- Completion of all state and agency mandated training within 90 days of employment.
