POSITION SUMMARY:
The Art Team is currently hiring a coach to work with artists and artisans to assist with the creation and sales of their artwork. Art team coaches assist artists with artwork creation by supporting them in their studio practice, assisting with packaging and branding, website creation, promotion of artist work, and developing individualized sales and exhibition opportunities.
Please note: An ideal candidate will have personal artistic or craft practice and a strong network of relationships in the greater Philadelphia arts community. Coaching duties may be split between the art team and traditional job coaching in the community.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelors or Master of Fine Arts or substantive experience in the arts is required.
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Possess valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
- Must have access to an automobile and internet access at home.
- Must be able to travel throughout Philadelphia and surrounding counties.
- Able to pass all required background checks.
- Must be fully vaccinated or in the process of getting fully vaccinated.
