Position Summary:
The Job Coach provides quality support for individuals with disabilities at their community-based job. By helping to create and promote strong work systems, the goal is to help the participant become as independent as possible and gradually fade out our support.

• While our office is located in Middletown, this position works at various employer sites throughout New Castle County.
• We are in need of multiple part-time staff. We will only schedule you within the availability you agree to when hired. We do require the availability of every other full weekend.
• Part-time availabilities we are hiring for: 10am-7pm Monday through Friday and every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Availability means you would work a shift somewhere between those hours- NOT the entire timeframe. The more availability you have, the more shifts you're eligible to cover!

Experience/Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Computer Skills: Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.

Requirements: Possess valid driver's license, automobile insurance and access to an automobile. Internet access at home. Able to pass all required background checks and drug screens.
