What is it like to be a Social Services Employment Coach ?
As a Social Services Employment Coach at Community Interface Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with disabilities working within the Carlsbad and Encinitas areas . Your responsibilities will include supporting these employees in prioritizing tasks, completing their work efficiently, and facilitating the relationship between the employer and the person you support. You are not responsible for their work, but rather advocating for any support or accommodation needed at work. By offering personalized job coaching, you will help individuals develop their skills and confidence in the workplace, empowering them to thrive in their roles.
