The Program Director is responsible for the overall operation of the after-school program to provide a safe, well supervised program for approximately 24 Kindergarten-Fourth grade students.Job Requirements : High School Diploma or GED required.Must pass criminal background check and fingerprinting.Complete Pediatric CPR / AED and First Aid, KDHE Health History, Site Orientation and other mandatory trainings in accordance with condition of employment.Maintain a minimum of 16 hours of KDHE approved training.Understand and abide by all policies and procedures as set forth by the association and per KDHE regulations for School Age Programs.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMust be responsible for preparing daily activities, maintenance and compliance of the child files, program record keeping, communication with parents.Provide support for the daily snack program including preparation, serving, clean up.Must be able to routinely perform moderate physical activities.Must maintain the highest degree of confidentiality in staff and students matters.Job Type : Part-timePay : From $15.00 per hourExpected hours : 15 per weekSchedule : After schoolMonday to FridayNo weekendsWork Location : In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
