Our law firm is expanding, and we are looking for a passionate and talented Family Paralegal with 5 years of experience in Family Law with a strong ethic and passion for assisting clients through legal processes.
The ideal candidate will have Experience in Family law cases, exhibit excellent organizational skills, and be detail- oriented, and be able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Full time.

MINIMUN QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree in paralegal studies.
- Familiarity with family law.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Experience and skills in research.
- Communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ideal candidate must be Bilingual, proficiently read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
- Have a minimum of % years of work experience in Family Law.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct legal research and gather case-related information.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
- Prepare discovery materials and assist with trial preparation.
- Manage case files and maintain organized documentation.
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates.
- Assist attorneys in court proceedings and client meetings.
- File documents with the court and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
- Preparation of petitions and other important documents.
- Getting and preparing evidence for hearings and trials.
- Researching and confirming whether information obtained is accurate and can be used for specific cases.
- Preparing written reports for cases and arranging legal arguments if an attorney decides to file a lawsuit.
- Maintaining files, attorney scheduling, billing, and case management.
- Providing support to all clients involved in a case and organizing various forms including court documents, discovery letters, motions, etc.
- Assisting other members of the team by performing administrative duties such as filing paperwork and maintaining records, files and databases.
- Interview clients and witnesses.
- Research family and divorce law cases.
