$2,000 Sign-On Bonus| Learning Specialist (K–12) | $56,000–$65,000 | 191-Day Agreement

We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Learning Specialist (K–12) to join our high-performing, award-winning charter school network. If you're passionate about helping students with IEPs thrive in a structured, supportive environment—and value collaboration, data-driven teaching, and small caseloads—this role is designed for you.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $56,000–$65,000 (based on experience)
- $2,000 sign-on bonus
- 7 paid personal days annually

Your Day-to-Day As a Learning Specialist, you’ll:
- Manage a small caseload of students with mild to moderate needs
- Provide direct and indirect instruction aligned to each student’s IEP goals
- Adapt general education content and collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure inclusive, accessible learning
- Collaborate with other specialists and service providers to align supports and interventions
- Lead the IEP process, including writing plans, tracking progress, and facilitating family meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal special education laws
- Serve as a technical support resource for staff regarding IEP strategies, accommodations, and modifications

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Colorado Special Education license or endorsement
- Experience managing IEPs and supporting students with disabilities in K–12 settings
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Satisfactory background and reference checks
