Join Our Team as a Charter School Human Resources/Talent Manager
Position: Human Resources/Talent Manager APPLY TODAY!
Schedule: Year-round, on-site, with paid holidays and vacation
Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
We are excited to invite skilled individuals to apply for the position of Human Resources/Talent Manager, playing a vital role within our organization's leadership team overseeing a small school network with two campuses and approximately 100 employees. The chosen candidate will be responsible for a range of essential employee services encompassing Human Resources, including but not limited to complex technical, administrative, and clerical duties related to employee records management, benefits administration, absence management, and workers' compensation. Additionally, this role involves analyzing organizational talent processes and updating operational policies and protocols accordingly.
Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations:
- Criminal background check required for hire
- Preferred: SHRM or PHR certification
- Technical Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Proficiency in public speaking and public relations
- Strong computer skills, HRIS, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and intermediate accounting/math skills
- Adaptability to learn current software
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality
- Effective time management and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds with courtesy and tact
- Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders
- Aptitude for working under pressure and meeting deadlines
