Job Summary
Alameda Community Learning Center is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate candidates wishing to teach 10th & 12th grade English.
Mission Statement : Alameda Community Learning Center is an educational model that empowers all youth to take ownership of their educational experience, to celebrate their diverse community, and to actively participate as members of a democratic society.
ACLC is an innovative 6th through 12th grade learning community based on a Project-Based Learning model. Learning happens contextually across all subjects, with facilitators creating innovative, engaging, and differentiated day-to-day curriculum and projects to meet the needs of the individual learner.
