Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for individual nutrition assessment and care planning for older adults (age 55 ) in conjunction with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT). This position includes individual and group education and counseling, as well as oversight of the health and safety aspects of food service provided at the Community LIFE adult day center.
