Community LIFE is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an On-Call provider. In this role, you'll work independently to evaluate and treat participants who require episodic care outside of regular business hours.

Schedule and Compensation
This is a part-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 per year. You'll work every other weekend and be on call from 4pm to 8am Monday through Friday.
Job Description
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating participants for episodic illness after business hours
- Providing nursing care and prescribed treatments
- Documenting care provided and changes in participant's condition
- Demonstrating nursing care to participants and caregivers/families
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A valid Pennsylvania RN license
- A minimum of one year of experience working with frail or elderly populations
- Experience teaching patients and healthcare workers
