Community Link is looking for Care Staff (aka Direct Support Professional, “DSP”) to fill immediate full-time openings in our supportive and fun day program!
We are a local non-profit organization committed to enhancing the independence and inclusion of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) within our community since 1958.
We are looking to hire fun, energetic, and compassionate people to support the people we serve through person centered approaches to live their lives successfully with their peers and in their community.
We are looking for motivated and caring team members to support unique individuals at our day program both onsite and out in the community. These supports include facilitating on site activities as well as fun activities out in the community! Additionally, you provide support with personal care with activities of daily living, communication, behavioral redirection and transportation (we provide the vehicle!). Bottom line is you get paid to have fun!
This is a great entry-level opportunity that offers room to grow in which you’ll learn and build transferable skills that you’ll use in all aspects of life. You’ll help people learn valuable work, social, and independent living skills, enjoy cultural opportunities, participate in fitness and wellness activities, and most importantly - build relationships!
Full-time positions are 36 hours per week, Monday through Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm.

The Must Haves:
- Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation. If you are working at our Day Program, we provide the vehicles.

Our base site day program and office is located at 6290 Lookout Road, right along the diagonal off of 63rd St.-- Easily accessible by bus, car or bike. The majority of individuals in the community receiving supports live in the Longmont-Boulder County area.
