Primary Duties:
- Post all open positions, screen qualified candidates based on position requirements. Schedule interviews, independently conduct or participate in candidate interviews, and take interview notes for applicant file
- Conduct all regulatory pre-employment analysis, including references, criminal and caregiver background checks per Wisconsin state statutes and guidelines
- Coordinate recruitment of all Caregiver positions by following Recruitment processes/procedures
- Assist with applicant new-hire onboarding including completion of pre-employment paperwork, orientation, new hire file assembly, and hiring manager communication
- Distribute electronic and physical materials to attract candidates
- Participate in hiring events, job fairs, community events, conferences, and other relevant events to assist in recruitment efforts
- Assist with social media trends to expand organization-wide network and attract qualified applicants
- Pay Starts at $22/Hr
- Balanced Schedule/Work Life Balance: Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-4:30PM, 37.5 Hours Per Week, NO WEEKENDS

- 18 Years or Older
- Associate Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration or related, required. Bachelor’s Degree in lieu of experience will be considered
- One (1) year experience in Human Resources or relevant, preferred. Six (6) months recruiting or staffing, required
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance to travel throughout Dane County
- Own a Smart Phone for Electronic VisitVerification(EVV)
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance to serve clients throughout Dane County
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Capable of lifting/moving/pushing/pulling 35 pounds
