Key Responsibilities :
Person-Centered Support : Implement individualized care plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each person you assist. This includes fostering personal growth, life skills, and community integration.
Daily Living Assistance : Provide support with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and organizing, while encouraging independence in these activities.
Health & Wellness : Help with personal care routines like hygiene, grooming, and promoting healthy living habits, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
Community Engagement : Support individuals in exploring and utilizing community resources, attending appointments, and participating in social activities.
Financial & Transportation Support : Help with budgeting, grocery shopping, and transportation needs based on each individual's schedule.
Communication & Collaboration : Partner with families, managers, and external professionals to provide high-quality care.
What We're Looking For :
A desire to support individuals with developmental disabilities.
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
A valid WI driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and proof of vehicle insurance that meets CLC's standards.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent.
No prior experience necessary-we provide all required training.
Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and meet driving record standards.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist individuals with daily activities.

Comprehensive Training Program : Extensive training provided in your first 90 days to ensure you feel confident and prepared.
