Position Summary:

In this role, you’ll support our programs by managing documentation systems, reviewing records, and helping our team meet quality standards. You’ll work closely with staff to make sure we’re not just meeting expectations—but exceeding them.
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing and organizing our electronic documentation system
- Running audits and quality checks
- Supporting staff with training and best practices for documentation
- Helping the team better understand and use data
- Assisting with case coordination and day-to-day quality needs
- Reviewing records regularly to ensure compliance and quality
- Tracking outcomes and performance targets
What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
- One year of experience in a nonprofit or human services setting preferred
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office—especially Excel and Pivot Tables
- A team player with strong communication and time management skills
- Someone who’s detail-oriented and enjoys improving systems
Position basics:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Pay: $23.00 per hour
- Based in St. Charles, MO
