We are a small provider, located in Sinking Spring (19608), that supports a young adult with autism in his own home and community. The Behavioral Technician is a direct support professional that is an integral member of his team. They provide individualized support and skill development in order to promote meaningful connections and allow him to live an every day life. A typical day involves spending time out in the community and providing support at home.
We are currently seeking applicants who have availability with the following:
- After School-Evening hours
- Weekend hours (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Occasional Overnights (11:30PM-7:30AM)
As this is a part-time position, this would be an excellent opportunity for someone working in a school or clinic setting looking to supplement their income by working after school hours or on the weekend.
A minimum commitment of one shift every other week is required. Extra hours could be available as needed and as your schedule allows, such as over school breaks or to cover for full time staff.
Experience with Autism and ABA highly preferred in a school or community setting!
A bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, rehabilitation, human services or other related field is preferred. RBTs, Community Integration Specialists, and Habilitation Aides are encouraged to apply.
