What You Will Do: 

• Assess and develop individualized training plans to align with each participant’s unique capabilities, needs, and interests.
• Support participants in job searches, applications, and interviews, acting as a bridge between employers, participants, and available resources.
• Provide job training and social skills coaching to ensure participants feel confident and prepared to work independently.
• Assist with route travel training and arrange reliable transportation to job sites.
• Maintain proactive communication with employers, identifying and addressing any concerns to ensure sustainable job placements. 
• Track and document participant progress, job outcomes, and employer feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree 
• Driver’s License: A valid and clean New York State driver’s license is required.
• 1-2 years of experience working with IDD
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Great computer skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft office is a plus
• Use of personal vehicle/ mileage reimbursement

Work Hours/Schedule: Monday – Friday with flexible scheduling options

Pay: $19.00/hr

• Paid Time Off:
  1. Up to 80 hours of vacation during the first calendar year of employment. Employees are eligible to accrue 8 additional vacation hours each subsequent calendar year of employment up to a maximum of (120) hours
