What You Will Do:
- Assess and develop individualized training plans to align with each participant’s unique capabilities, needs, and interests.
- Support participants in job searches, applications, and interviews, acting as a bridge between employers, participants, and available resources.
- Provide job training and social skills coaching to ensure participants feel confident and prepared to work independently.
- Assist with route travel training and arrange reliable transportation to job sites.
- Maintain proactive communication with employers, identifying and addressing any concerns to ensure sustainable job placements.
- Track and document participant progress, job outcomes, and employer feedback.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree
- Driver’s License: A valid and clean New York State driver’s license is required.
- 1-2 years of experience working with IDD
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Great computer skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft office is a plus
- Use of personal vehicle/ mileage reimbursement
Work Hours/Schedule: Monday – Friday with flexible scheduling options
Pay: $19.00/hr

- Paid Time Off:
