We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Park Manager to oversee the daily operations of our park facility. Duties
- Oversee daily park operations, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and guest-ready.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to provide excellent customer service.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records for the park's revenue.
- Plan and coordinate events within the park, ensuring all logistics are executed flawlessly.
- Write reports on park activities, guest feedback, and operational improvements.
- Foster a welcoming environment for guests by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with local businesses and community organizations to enhance park offerings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the facility.
- Tenant Communication: Virtually act as a point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues remotely. This includes coordinating repairs and maintenance requests and ensuring timely communication. Support properties as assigned.
- Lease Management: Virtually Assist with lease administration, including drafting, coding and reviewing lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and coordinating lease renewals and terminations.
- Technology and Systems Management: Utilize property management software and technology tools to facilitate remote property management tasks, such as managing tenant portals, scheduling maintenance requests, and tracking property performance. Follow up with all incomplete applications.
- Marketing on social media platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality and/or leasing is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Bi-Lingual Candidate is a plus.
- Excellent report writing skills to document activities and improvements effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.66 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
