Are you an experienced and service-oriented Food Service Manager looking for a rewarding opportunity? We’re seeking a full-time Onsite Food Service Manager to oversee dining operations at a beautiful residential community in Kissimmee, FL, working with a leading Property Management Company.

- Oversee Daily Operations – Manage all aspects of food service, including meal planning, preparation, and delivery, ensuring high-quality dining experiences for residents.
- Staff Management – Hire, train, and supervise food service staff, create schedules, and foster a positive and efficient work environment.
- Resident Satisfaction – Provide excellent customer service, address resident concerns, and ensure a welcoming dining atmosphere.
- Health & Safety Compliance – Maintain food safety standards, adhere to all health and sanitation regulations, and conduct regular inspections.
- Inventory & Budget Management – Track food and supply inventory, manage vendor relationships, and work within budget constraints to optimize cost efficiency.
- Event Coordination – Assist in planning and executing special dining events, holiday meals, and themed nights to enhance community engagement.
- Collaboration with Property Management – Work closely with the property management team to align food service operations with overall community goals and resident needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
