Now Hiring: Community Support Specialist
We are currently seeking a Community Support Specialist who is ready to grow with an industry leader in Homeowners
Association Management.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or front-office roles—bonus points if you have experience with multi-line phone systems!
Key Responsibilities:
As a Community Support Specialist, you will be a vital part of our in-office team, ensuring seamless operations and providing outstanding resident support. Your daily duties will include:
Serving as the primary in-office support team member.
Acting as a backup for inbound/outbound resident calls.
Logging and managing call records in our management software.
Creating and updating service tickets as needed.
Reviewing resident files and notes to address concerns efficiently.
Following up on calls promptly and professionally.
Providing personalized and effective communication with residents.
Managing homeowner key/access code check-ins and check-outs.
Coordinating rental reservations for association amenities.
Collecting and submitting payments to the Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Post office pickups and return mail processing.
Supporting transitions for new contracts.
Performing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Prior switchboard or customer service experience preferred.
✔️ Knowledge of Homeowners Associations is a plus!
✔️ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
✔️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
