Job Summary
Controlled Access Gate Attendant for manned gatehouses in HOA communities in the Tucson area. Floater positions available (part-time and full-time schedule (24 - 40 hours per week). Accommodating schedule requests/preferences is not guaranteed. Must be available to train Monday - Friday in the AM hours.
Primary responsibilities include: Stand to greet every visitor with enthusiasm and promptness. Verify all visitors are authorized for entry, log vehicle information quickly and accurately. Enter RFID tags for homeowners and make parking passes, as needed, in accordance with community rules. Answer phone calls and accommodate owners who stop by the gatehouse for assistance. Must have basic computer skills, be able to multi-task and exhibit excellent customer service in all circumstances.

Position includes all shifts: early morning, mid-day, evening and overnight. Some gatehouses are open 24 hours a day.
Paid training: Probation period for all new hires. Floater position works at multiple locations with varying shifts. Floaters will be asked to fill in for callouts - schedule can change with short notice.
All new employees must pass a drug urinalysis ($24-$29 paid by you). Reimbursement is available, by separate check, the month following the successful completion of 2 full pay cycles.
