Charge Nurse LPN- or RN 12 hour Nights Weekend Option, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Facility: Community Manor.
Licensure Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse (Missouri)
Salary: Based on Experience, Education, Licensure/Certification and Shift

Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of best practices in general nursing and specifically elderly/disabled populations.
- In-depth understanding of Long-Term Care, Skilled Rehab, Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living procedures and protocols.
- Effective and professional communication techniques, including writing and speaking.
- Good Computer Skills, experience in EMR system such as Point Click Care.
- Personable and compassionate personality.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and quick problem-solving skills.
- Great organization, time management and multitasking abilities.
- Leadership skills, like training, goal setting, and motivation
- Physically capable and able to work on feet for periods of time.
