Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy to clients with a variety of mental health disorders, including but not limited to:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- PTSD
- Bipolar disorder
- Relationship problems
- Play Therapy
- Marriage Counseling
- any other specialty
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other therapists.
- Provide supervision to Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
- Oversite of other LMSW, and LCSW compliance and productivity.
- Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) (LMSW) (LMHC) in New York State
- Experience providing mental health therapy within an Article 31 facility.
- Knowledge in compliance with Article 31, OMH, standards.
- Experience supervising LMSW.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to providing quality mental health care.
- Spanish speaking Required
