Dispatcher (Part-Time, 7 AM – 12 PM)

Position Overview
We’re seeking a customer-oriented, professional individual for a part-time Dispatcher role, with the potential to transition into a full-time position. You will handle incoming phone calls, dispatch drivers, schedule appointments, manage customer inquiries/complaints, provide quotes, and assist with general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and dispatch calls promptly
• Communicate with customers and partners by phone and email
• Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism
• Provide quotes for future customers
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Maintain a positive first impression for all callers

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Strong customer service and administrative skills
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with dispatching software is a plus
• Customer Service Experience: 2 years (preferred)

Job Details

• Schedule: Part-Time, Morning Shift (Weekends as needed)
• Potential to become Full-Time
