What are the responsibilities and job description for the CPG FirstCare North - Radiology Tech position at Community Medical?
This is a full time (0.8 - 1.0 Status), day shift Radiology Tech position in the Community First Care North.
Coordinates and performs diagnostic radiographic procedures as indicated by Department protocols. Provides exceptional patient and family care throughout the imaging process. Performs phlebotomy as needed in the clinic.
Minimum Required:
- Graduate of JRCERT accredited school of Radiography required.
- Must be ARRT registered or eligible.
- Limited Licensed Technologist will be allowed to apply as long as they are seeking their ARRT registry.
- Must attain ARRT registry within one (1) year of employment.
- Current BLS, Healthcare Provider BLS within 30 days of hire.
- Basic computer skills to include PACS and RIS.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- On-call, shift, holiday, and weekends are required within a 30-minute response time.
Preferred / Desired:
- Recent hospital experience as a Radiologist Technologist and current Healthcare Provider BLS preferred.
- Previous experience with Phlebotomy desired.
Weekend Requirements: Weekends.
