What are the responsibilities and job description for the Critical Care RN Training position at Community Memorial Health System?
Pay Rate: $46.00 - $$73.61 per hour DOE
The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.
Position Overview:
Provides nursing care to critical care patients. Effectively plans and communicates patient and family education. Participates in unit based educational activities. Accurately and timely documentation consistent with practice and hospital policy. Completes approximately 16-week CMH Critical Care Training program, including AACN ECCO on-line training.

Required:
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- Willingness to commit to the Critical Care RN Training Program for one year at 0.9 FTE on shift of hire
- Current California RN license by April 18, 2025 (Candidates may apply before licensure)
Preferred:
- BSN
- Knowledge of Det Norske Veritas (DNV).
