Job Summary: This regular part-time non-posted position will have no set workdays and may be assigned to work two out of three weekends. This position will primarily work as a dietary aide. Ensures that food is received, stored, handled, and prepared in a safe and sanitary manner and in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Will work as cashier in the cafeteria, and wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and food carts. Complete cleaning assignments according to specific instructions as outlined in the cleaning manual. Serve meals in an appetizing manner.
Requirements: Customer service skills; treat patients, residents, customers and coworkers with understanding, kindness and respect. Problem solving ability; ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Prefer previous foodservice work in a health care. Must be able to read, write, understand and verbally communicate in English.
Wage: Depending on your work experience, you could earn a wage from $17.46 to $22.87 per hour.
