Job Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of CMH specialty clinic and multidisciplinary teams. Plans, organizes, and directs activities of the Specialty Clinic. Recommends individuals for hire; evaluates staff; creates schedules and assigns work areas as needed. Supports providers and staff in the delivery of patient care. Focused on the staff involved in the patient care and work towards the improvement of coordination and practice efficiencies. May also offer hands-on patient care if required.
Requirements
- Must have at least two years’ experience working in a medical clinic, i.e., Medical Assistant, Surgical Technician, Licensed Practical Nurse, etc. Clinic lead or supervisory experience preferred.
- Must have and maintain any of the following: Medical Assistant, Surgical Technician, Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse.
Wage:
Depending on your work experience, you could earn an annual salary of $56,285 up to $78,799.
