Essential Responsibilities And Target Outcomes
- Complete an accounting process performed by staff and completes detailed desk procedures that include step-by-step process, screen shots, etc., to minimize risk if staff leave the organization and ensure continuity in the department and organization.
- Complete an accounting process performed by either the Controller or CFO and completes detailed desk procedures that include step-by-step process, screen shots, etc., to minimize risk if staff leave the organization and ensure continuity in the department and organization.
- Oversee child sensory room renovation contacting vendors for space renderings, equipment, pricing and project timing. Present outcomes/hurdles/issues/findings with Program Staff and Facilities Manager
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, time management, critical thinking, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Technical aptitude and ability to navigate MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Valid CT Driver’s License.
