What You’ll Do:
- Ignite Growth and Innovation
- Develop and execute forward-thinking growth strategies.
- Collaborate with our Social Enterprise Team to evaluate and seize new opportunities.
- Ensure CME remains a trailblazer in program development.
- Forge Powerful Partnerships
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships for long-term success.
- Organize and track key relationships, keeping leadership in the loop.
- Predict and Plan for the Future
- Collaborate with our Council team and Program Directors to craft strategies that meet emerging needs.
- Ensure diverse voices, especially from marginalized and BIPOC populations, are central to our plans.
- Collaborate Across Teams
- Work hand-in-hand with HR, Communications, and Finance to align and implement goals seamlessly.
- Secure Game-Changing Funding
- Lead grant and funding strategies that align with our vision and values.
- Collect stories, data, and insights to craft compelling applications.
- Plan ahead with an annual grant calendar to keep us ahead of the game.
- Engage Key Stakeholders
- Cultivate relationships with community leaders, elected officials, and other influencers.
- Build and maintain a dynamic contact database to strengthen CME’s network.
- Shine a Spotlight on CME
- Promote our mission, vision, and programs through impactful outreach.
- Partner with Communications to tell our story and celebrate our successes.
- Stay Flexible and Open
- Be ready to tackle evening and weekend events—whatever it takes to drive impact!
Who We’re Looking For:
- A proven leader with experience in strategic planning, business development, and revenue growth (nonprofit experience is a plus!).
- A people person who excels at building relationships and fostering collaboration.
- A strategic thinker who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
- Experience working with diverse communities, especially BIPOC and marginalized populations.
- Strong skills in grant writing, data analysis, and program development.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems like Salesforce.
